Tips Menghadapi Klien versi Ridwan Kamil

Berikut adalah tips menghadapi klien dari ridwan kamil

1. Usahakan anda langsung berhadapan dgn Sang ‘decision maker’. Ini akan hemat energi dan biaya.
2. Pilih tipe klienmu. Klien swasta lbh sy sukai. Klien pemerintah tdk saya sukai (korupsi. Blm apa2 minta potong fee 40 %).
3. Kuasai dasar2 ilmu klienmu (ekonomi/properti/marketing). Kl tidak kamu hanya akan jadi tukang gambar mereka.
4. Presentasilah dgn bahasa klienmu. Idemu akan lebih mudah diterima. Kurangi bhs/vocab Ars yg ribet kyk bhs planet.
5. Scr diplomatis ajak klienmu ‘seolah-olah’ ikut mendesain. Maka proses keputusan desain terpilih akan cepat.
6. Jangan pernah (Never !)tidak siap dgn materi presentasi. Kl perlu latihan dulu.
7. Biasakan bawa 2-3 alternatif desain. Klien sering tidak suka dgn hanya lihat 1 ide. Terkesan ditodong.
8. Ajak klien nonton slideshow best practice projects. Untuk upgrade knowledge. Penting, agar tdk sempit wawasannya.
9. Jadikan klienmu sahabatmu. Hasilnya : sy diajak ke London, shanghai, Tokyo. gratis.
10. Body language saat presentasi/argumentasi harus Pede. Penting. Energi pede mu akan menurunkan derajat arogansinya.

When you look at the house design ideas from modern minimalist villa m2 design concept you will she new innovation of villa house design. This is ultra modern house design with almost white wall paint exterior. Villa M2 is placed in a village south of Malmö after that to an empty lime quarry which has now turn into a lake. The component of the architecture building opposite the lake incorporates kind windows and simply distinct space to support the combination of the home’s interior design through its dramatic natural environment. The north and door side to the Villa house faces a street through a few light traffic hence the design’s rather closed dimensions.

for those who had a dream about to built a home with a large yard around.. maybe this Pablo Tórtora & Fernandez's architecture could be a good inspiration to design. The proposed architecture combines pure volumes and planes flown, generated from a pool of water that runs through and longitudinally divided housing, the latter being the main protagonist.

This house incorporating the presence of exposed concrete to horizontal planes, painted plaster for walls and wood as a secondary material. Inside, from their access highlights the presence of water arranged by a walkway that acts as integrator needs or separator between the living room and double height living room.

This is amazing beach house for sandy beach lover and ocean view in Malibu, California. This beach house was originally built in 1976 and measures 2,900 square feet, and remodeling by Shubin + Donaldson Architects into an urban oasis. Through crisp linear architecture, a split level plan, and visual access throughout the house brings in the beach. Dragging your attention away, to the left is a bay window type dining room, accented by a white grid of window panes and shadowed from the noon sun. True to the open plan, the kitchen seamlessly overlooks the main living space, allowing distractions whilst cooking.
